A certificate only means something if it is earned.
The same clear rules for everyone: so learners get a fair test, and anyone checking a certificate can trust the result.

Our integrity rules
Drawn and shuffled from the bank
Each attempt draws its 10 questions from the topicβs question bank and shuffles both the question order and the answer options: so βquestion 3 is option Bβ doesnβt help anyone.
One 10-minute timer
The whole assessment runs on a single 10-minute countdown kept on our server, not just in your browser. When time is up, the answers you have given are submitted.
Move freely, change your mind
Jump back to any question and change your answer as often as you like before you submit.
Simple, open scoring
Every question has four options and one correct answer. One mark per correct answer, no negative marking, and 50% is a pass.
Disconnected? Pick up where you left off
If your connection drops, log back in and resume from where you stopped. The timer keeps running while youβre away, so reconnect as soon as you can.
Integrity checks and revocation
You can have one active attempt at a time. Unusual attempts may be reviewed by our team, and if misconduct is found a certificate can be withheld or revoked: the verification page then shows it as revoked.
β Before you start
Charge your device, use a stable connection and turn off notifications. There is one 10-minute timer for the whole assessment, and it keeps running if you step away or lose your connection.
